Belloni affectionnait passer l’automne et le début de l’hiver à Paris, où les arbres dénudés révélaient l’architecture et l’âme authentique de la ville. Et le reste de l’année à Venise pour y capturer cette lumière si particulière.

Biography:

Born in Italy in 1925, Serge Belloni settled in Paris in 1933. He studied at the École supérieure des Beaux-Arts and held his first exhibition at the age of 21. Throughout his life, he devoted himself to painting, working every day, in all weather, to capture the essence of Paris.

His travels to Holland allowed him to master the techniques of the Flemish masters, which he perfected throughout his career. His works are present in prestigious collections around the world, from Paris to New York, via Milan and Moscow.
